Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Australia, Canada, France, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, South Korea, Sweden, United Kingdom, and USA. 

Due to the current USPS delays, we have temporarily suspended INTERNATIONAL shipping during this time.


Do the prints come framed?
We do not offer frames. Mats and frames are not included, they are shown for illustrative purpose only.

How to return the item?
We don't accept returns or exchanges. 
All of our listings are made to order and therefore they are non-refundable and can not be returned. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us. Depending on circumstances, we may ship you a replacement.

Can I cancel the order?
We will accept a cancellation request within 1 HOUR of purchase. Orders are confirmed for printing an hour after they are submitted. We apply fixatives an hour after orders are submitted. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they have been printed or treated with fixatives.

Could you include a birthday card/personal message?
Due to packaging concerns, we do not include personal notes or message cards with orders.

Any discounts?
We do not offer any discounts at this time.
In order to give a discount when collectors buy multiple prints, I listed discount prices for the sets.
You can make your own set by purchasing any set with the same number of prints you would like, and simply entering the print numbers from the single sale prints you actually wish to have in the "Special instructions for seller" box before checkout when you add items to your cart.


Do you take custom orders? (different sizes, paper, color of ink, originals, commissions)
We do not offer custom sizes, different paper/canvas.
We print them in Black or Blue. 
We do not offer the originals for sale. 
We do not accept commissioned work at this time.

Do you sell downloads?
We do not offer downloads.

Package returned to sender by the Post Office. What do I do now?
It is the customer’s responsibility to track the package and ensure you are there to receive it or pick it up at the Post Office. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or because the package was not picked up/called for, a refund will be issued to the customer for the price of the items enclosed (minus shipping costs).

What is the shipping time for U.S. orders?
Processing time and transit time:
Our processing time is 2-7 business days. If you choose RUSH order, your order will be ready to ship in 1-2 business days. As circumstances vary, the tracking is included but the delivery date is not guaranteed.
